My built in (Windows 10) backup "ADMINISTRATOR USER ACCOUNT" seems to be totally gone. I can't even get to the C:windows\system32> window to start this process. It's not even letting me do a SYSTEM RESTORE--- because I no longer have Administrator permission, although I am the administrator. Arrrggg! Help!

What we do when administrator has been disable and unable to restart the window as told by you in video. There is no options to restart the window as administrator account is disabled.
