Can't believe the biggest most popular stereotype wasn't in there, wraith landing solo, dying and leaving before anyone else has even loaded into the game

This was so funny, the lifeline and octanes stereotypes are so accurate.

You forgot the unwritten rule with Bloodhound If you get scanned by another one of your fellow Bloodhound players, you must, and I'm completely seriously, MUST scan back, no matter what.

For the lifeline and bloodhound aspect that they attract new players the fact that they are free at the start of the game plays a huge role in it

Now I imagine a team of Rev + Fuse + Caustic. And it's just a bunch of dads who play Apex together after they come home from work. There is the one with the dark sense of humor, the metalhead, and the chill dad.

As a child, I can 100% guarantee that we all play Octane like that. If you see us on 1 health, no, there is no enemies. Its just the stim

I think it is because lifeline is the tutorial character. So new comers learnt her kit already and want somwthing they kind of know. Also if one is new, picking a safe healer seems logical. Even if they are 99% clueless and can't shoot, the thinking is they can still help(?)

As a lifeline main that always deploys my health drone for my teammate, whenever someone takes lifeline, they do exactly what is in this video

I literally only mained Bloodhound because they looked the coolest. Over time I got used to them so I kept them as my main.

the reason why you see a lot of new lifelines is because when you join for the first time you’re force to be lifeline and i guess they just dont realize they can change characters

the reason I tried playing lifeline a lot when I was new to Apex Legends was because I just wanted to be useful to my team. I knew I would die easily because I'm new but I wanted to do the support role, thinking it would be the best thing for helping.

I actually like Lifeline, I always used Lifeline when I started playing Apex like 2 years ago but later I started using other legends, especially Octane and Seer. Now I'm a Valkyrie main but if one of the randommates picks her first I often use Lifeline, and I also got most of my wins with Lifeline!

As a Caustic main. You've nailed me perfectly. Long hair. Weird sense of humor. Sick enjoyment in trapping a team into a building and watching them go through the 7 stages of grief in 13 seconds while my team shoots at nearby rocks in confusion of whats going on. All of it. There's just some form of enjoyment in seeing a damage tick and knowing you're annoying some random squad.

as a former bloodhound main, that description was personal. every single detail was correct(except for the “all aim” because i’m no aim no brain)

I've become a Valkyrie main lately and I'd say a stereotype I see on many Valks is they'll jetpack everywhere, go really high to shoot their tactical and then get their shields cracked in mid-air (if not downed). Also, the classic TTV Wraith needs its own segment.

I agree with the rev metal music. But it's more than often the team mates who want the totem placed too far away for it to be useful

I'm a bloodhound main and mostly my main gets taken by a level 5 who proceeds to shoot everything except a player which gets really annoying after a time knowing I could have saved the team with my main

I am an Octane main, since season 1. And you are spot on with 90% of the Octanes that pick him in my games. I get embarrassed watching other people play Octane lol.

The rev stereotype os so accurate with me and my friend, we are always listening to bands like slip knot when playing him, not even intentionally, it just happens

naturally the reason why i use octane alot is the passive and his abilities its just fun to use and movement is what i love

While I actually gravitate towards the nearest assault rifle (or Devo) the rest of the Caustic stereotypes were spoopily accurate tbh. I do INDEED hide within gas barrels and take sadistic glee in how I'm pissing people off.

1:10 if you are wondering why lifeline is the goto for new players, I can tell you, as a recently new player, when I first booted up the game, I went to the "training" mode and lifeline was the legend that wad used to teach me the ropes of the game, so I used her. Until I realized that I only played her for her care package and loba does a better job of that so now I main her

As a lifeline main, I totally agree that it just draws attention to new players and whenever ANYONE picks lifeline before I can they always like level 50 with 15 kills and like 5000 damage

Octanes have something I like to call Stim-brain. Either they over stim to push and have half health before even getting shot at, stim to loot before a teammate gets a good item, or in general just push hard because they think they won't die before stimming away. Oh and there are the ones that use syringes to heal absolutely nothing when they're passive will do it in two seconds. Watched one use a syringe and his passive haired him before it finished and he still let it go through

As a Caustic the joy I receive when I take 15 health off a person and they have to leave to go pop a syringe is immeasurable.

As a gas daddy main, you got it spot on, I have long hair, a very dark sense of humor, I like to sometimes land in that particular building and I find satisfaction in trapping people and watching as they slowly corrode away into nothing but loot boxes that they generously left me to loot

I recently picked up caustic and have been enjoying him and this is 100% me wtf. I have long hair as well as an extreme enjoyment at the idea of being annoying to enemies. I play ness in smash bros for the same reason

I'm a caustic Main and I agree with everything except where to drop and shotguns I'm more of a car or prowler SMG with a secondary sniper. And my traps are only used to block doors and to cover my escape as I run away

As someone who started playing apex when I was about 9 or 10 (I'm 12.5 now) I can confirm I always used to play as either octane or lifeline (specifically octane cuz I wanted to go zoom) now I'm kinda of a caustic main but I am also going through an identity crisis because I'm not sure which main I am now

As a person who mains revenant, I can say I do blast doom music in my ears every once and a while, while playing the game, and my buddy is already an octane main so I guessssss we do kinda fit into that-

My friends all expected for me to main Lifeline. I understand where they got the expectation, works in medical, volunteers occasionally, generally have a joke to make people laugh. Oh no, they found a hardened war criminal, when I don't play the cleric or healer I gravitate toward area control and denial, and gas is a VERY effective deterrent. Though I never immediately drop my bags, they're too useful to just leave lying around for no good reason; they go in the bottom of elevator shafts, get thrown down stairways when there's some poor victi- volunteer down there, and in front of doors. Also, unless I've royally screwed up, close range almost always smells like mustard, I prefer weapons with... reach, because people always try to muddle in my experiments and need to be either removed or made to reconsider. The long hair thing is pretty on point though. I need to deal with that...
