I would recommend two or three hiding places per fish. The analogy would be. You drive to a town for a big event, You find a hotel the parking lot is packed and no vacancies. You find another hotel same problem. You find the third Hotel, you find out all the smoking rooms are taken but you can get a non-smoking room you just have to pay a little more. Parking lot is packed but you find a spot. So what do you do? You tell everybody if you go somewhere take a cab you might not be able to find parking again. Fish tend to be the same way, if there is more than enough hiding places they tend not to use them as much.
I would love to win that. My plecos or corys would enjoy it very much. I’m in California. Can’t wait for you and aquariumcoop to do a members meet up in Southern California, big fan of both.
Hello from VA! That looks cool, would work greats for my 55 gals I am trying out as many plants as I could for now to provide them hiding place, this would be the perfect add on! my fish would love that!
I’ve seen some of your stuff on the old Aquarium CO-OP podcasts but I just recently started watching you videos! Anyways thanks for the vid can’t wait for the next one.
Zenzo, I'm a U.S. resident and I'd love a hide. Right now I just use strategically placed pieces of Driftwood and plants. It's not the best but it gets the job done.... kinda. 😂😂😂
Hi Zenzo, I just got my order from Underwater Galleries, thank you for the video. Very lifelike and most importantly lightweight. I would not think twice about recommending these products to the fish-keeping community. Great packaging.....
My FISH WOULD LOVE THAT!!! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD NEW HIDE FOR MY DIFFERENT CATFISH SPECIES. IM SURE THEY WOULD LOVE A NEW HOME!! IM IN!! LOVE WHAT YOU DO KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!! NY
I love making hiding spaces for the fish. That way people come over and think I have a nice box of water in the living room. US resident for the last 58 + years! (me not the fish)
I will be choosing a winner at the end of the week. 40% discount on the Driftwood Wedge from Underwater Galleries: www.underwatergalleries.net (use code JULYDAYS!) Video on how to make DIY fish hides: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HXtaPIl8raU.html
That is very cool stuff. Will try the ABS plastic tubes from your other video you received I and try to hide them with plants and stuff. I haven’t liked using PVC. These ceramics would look really nice in any tank. A nice thing about ceramic vs real wood is that from my understanding. Real wood tends to lower ph. For those like me that normal water is low in ph. I would rather not have something to compensate when possible . Ps I would like to get one of the giveaways and I am a US resident.
Saya dari Indonesia, sangat jauh dari segi jarak. Saya akan bikin gua tempat sembunyi dari tanah liat, bahan dasar keramik. Untuk semua aquarium saya. Terimakasih infomu menginspirasi saya
Hi from Michigan. I would love to get one of those things I am setting up new aquariums and could really use one because I am only 14 and have a limited budget. I love your videos!
Just added a few ACO coconut huts to my tank and the kribensis are already trying to get romantic up in there 🤣 I'm a US resident and would love the driftwood giveaway!
I love African Cichlids mostly Mbuna but peacocks are close behind. I found 1 of my Mbuna holding eggs the other day. Gotta say I was shocked as I thought I did an ok job picking all males but I guess not.lol. can't wait to see what they are mixed with as I don't gave 2 of the exact same types. I would love to win that awesome hide in hopes the holding female would take it has her own. I am a 🇺🇸 resident and a huge fan of the channel. Thanks for the opportunity Zenzo.
Hi Zenzo! I am a US resident and would love to enter the contest. I will also be at aquashella in a few weeks, It would be so cool to see you there with you go
Hello From Virginia 👋 Such an awesome Give away Good Luck Everyone 🎉 and thanks for linking the DIY video and the discount on these hides. You're so Super Zenzo 💪👍✌️
Zeno, love the content. Commenting because I’d love to add some of these to my tanks and participate in the give away. Thanks for doing your part for the betterment of the hobby. Hope to win 😃
Another awsome video, would love to win this for my community tank. I’d glue some Anubis and moss on it and would be great for the Guppy Ladies to hang out. I’m in the USA 🇺🇸
👍😎 Those are really nice. Unfortunately I’m moving across the country and don’t have an address yet. Will set my tank back up but not for a while. Love you get that maybe send to my brother. 40% off that’s huge, good deal Zenzo.
Hey Zenzo, in Florida and I want you to know you convinced me to getting African cichlids and now I have a 180g and a 60 full of them, love the vids keep up the good work.
So that they know they can... so they never do. ... I've only kept guppies, neon tetras, sparkling gourami, panda corydoras, pygmy corydoras, cherry shrimp and kuhli loaches so far... the only ones that have used the caves are rhe shrimp and the kuhli loaches (but the also burrow under rocks and into plants)... most of the swimming fish hang out on and or under the anubias leaves But I feel like having cover is kind of like a dither fish... they know they have a space so they feel comfortable being out in the open near it
Would love one - U.S. Resident I love the ceramic driftwood idea! No worrying about soaking it or having to weigh it down! Also, no tannins in the water!
Great channel, and yes I will love to win one of these. I'm currently cycling a new 55 gallon tank that I'm planning to put electric blue acara and some other fish.
