I saw myself in a different time. I had a strong sense of 1960. I even saw a young boy try to connect with me. He couldnt see me, but he knew I was there. It was as if time did not exist. As if I was the one who was supposed to give him a message. As the meditation kept going I did feel present in my living room. I could see people standing in front of me. It kinda made me scared, but then I felt a warm touch on my left shoulder to relax me. I felt soooo much support and love it made me tear up...What an experience this was. If you finished reading this, I just gave you a smile and a hug. ❤

At one point I felt very tingly and saw a light in my eyelids

It’s just wild that you can really feel your crown and third eye activated - I love that sensation.

I wish I could have talked about my experience last night when I did this but it was such a profound moment I couldn't talk! I thought I would share with you what happened. At the beginning my third eye as well as my body started to vibrate then I moved beyond the stars and everything in between. I saw not myself but a lady who was so loving, so kind, so beautiful! However it was so much more. The feeling I had was beyond that. So much love and peace! She kissed me on my forehead and told me to love myself. I also saw that we are all connected and to not be afraid of dying. I was on cloud nine I didn't want to leave her! I fought so hard to stay but Rasa brought me back. That feeling of peace and love stayed with me throughout the night and all day! I am eternally grateful for this! Thankyou Rasa! Much much love! 💖💖💖

even though I had some issues following the instruction, because of my experience in meditation. You went to the galaxy very quick and my mind couldn't follow your speed. But at the end of the meditation, and still am as I'm writing. I feel the pressure on my third eye. I'm on a journey to completely unlock my 3th eye chakra. thank you for your guidness.

I felt like my whole entire being is spinning and I feel extremely calm

wow, i think i fell asleep and a second before she said "now open your eyes" I felt my whole body literally wake up and my eyes opened, it was the first time for me. this is crazy omg

Wow! I cried. I reached the stars, I felt and saw the light, I felt myself lift up and out into the universe. I saw myself clearer than ever and I felt the presence of my parent who are in heaven and I cried even more. I SO needed this. My tarot cards today were The Hanged Man, Judgement, and 10 of pentacles....perfect for reaching to the sky. Bless you...I have subscribed and will be back often.

I felt so much pressure on my third eye and on my whole face really.. especially my nose! I could breathe easier! And then I started spinning, i felt numb and very light.. it was an awesome experience 💗

I became a full blown psychic from these I heal people now and often tell people things about their own feelings and the give them goosebumps..Love having this advantage..trying not to let the power take over me

i did this lying down with an amethyst rested between my eyebrow and wow! where the amethyst was placed i felt such a strong vibration and pressure. i kept visualising a transparent me outside of my body, hovering above me, this was one of the most wonderful experiences!

Another beautiful meditation, Rasa your voice is perfectly beautiful. This asks to remember your happiest time in your life,, my problem is I can't remember one, there must be many as my life has been fairly good until the past 20 years.

My head tingled through out. At some point i jolted and I envisioned letters in a flash. Like a camera flash. At the time I did not see anything but the letter W. I now know I saw the word WILL. My will is stronger than my fear.

Wow, my first time. It was so emotional. Sister this is amazing. I actually came out of this loving myself more. Having compassion for myself and no judgement. I love you and love you all. I'm at peace and feeling energies around me!!

Thanks for this incredible journey first of all once the 3rd eyes opened i felt a surge of vibration its amazing powerfulness! I stated to get a little sleepy but then i heard a voice hey man i gotta go, and i realozed i wasnt dreaming i was being contacted, and i heard it come back again and say now that i got ur attention, When u said to go past the galaxies i saw something, it was a dark castle in a dark place that looked a dark planet. Then i heard hey son, and i knew it was my dad who has been passed away for over 10 years now, and he said its been ridiculous how long hes been gone but he wanted me to know he was always there. And when u said to bath in the indigo light i got the word pictures it flashed really quick but i read it. And before u said invision ur happiest moment i was doing so before u said it i was with my dad in my childhood home. U then. Said to ask the light your purpouse and it showed me an image of an open road on a skyline of a city and i heard keep doing music. And then i saw a vision of a door being opened and i saw a big tree i looked all around and saw a women in white pop up behind it and said hello reese im here to be your spirit guide. I made progress with this video thanks

I did this at work since I work nights and felt sooo relaxed I didn’t quite get the experience some are talking about but I felt tingly sensations and felt so loved. Also when I woke my body up I felt so refreshed. Can’t wait to try again when I can fully give in

I literally experienced a total shock in my eye that shook thru my body and went thru in waves oh my god that was insane

I was very anxious about my relationship (more specifically if my new apartment was going to work out) so when I asked "Will we be alright?" I saw a vision of my fiancé and I kissing at a wedding. I was overwhelmed with emotions and when I came back to my physical form I had tears in my eyes. I'm a Celtic Pagan and I rely on my Third Eye, but I was having trouble keeping in touch with it. This meditation showed my exactly what I needed to do, and how the positive result is always the end goal. Thank you so much. Your relaxing voice was another thing that helped. All I can say is wow. I saw blue white light and my body started tingling. I saw visions and did start to get some anxiety

I used to see unknown faces of people... tried this meditation it was really peaceful at first i saw white light then it went black and white...then i saw a baby it was around one month old it smiled at me that was really beautiful...thanku so much

I actually did felt a tingle in between my eyebrows and a pressure too... With white purple color surrounding me I even cried when I met my guardians... They told me how loved I was by them... I can actually see the white light when I look toward the 3rd eye. The deeper u sink into the meditation, u forget your body is falling asleep, and you follow that voice. Eye opening..love love this meditation.

I fell asleep, this got me into a super relaxed state... i fell asleep instantly. I hope it did open my third eye.

No way, at first I was resisting, and then I let go of my ego and let everything just work for me. I asked specifically what my purpose in life should be, and I heard God saying "Be a light to those in the darkness" And the whole meditation ended at 1:11 am on the dot. I am still in shock

So.... I opened my third eye before on a different video and it confuses me on why people say they see demons or feel horrible energy. But I realized it's them who are making the experience worse. it's cause you to fear these things when you go into it that they show up. My first time I didn't see beings. For me I felt a strong pop and then an intense strain feeling not enough that it would hurt it never hurt but it was a strong straining feeling and then after that I jus felt a loving feeling that was so intense that I couldn't even cry it was just pure bliss. My advice for people who get into problems everyday is to find a day where nothing bad is going on and think only positive

I felt tingly in my hands....

Incredible. Here's what I personally experienced: It was a bit uncomfortable to keep my eyes looking upward but I got used to the sensation after a few minutes. Once I imagined the white light from crown to brow, I got very warm from my shoulders up. Then I'm pretty sure I started swaying back and forth and in circles gently; I tried to stay still but it was as if I was resisting something, so I let my body relax and sway. I wasn't able to clearly visualize, but I did have some moments of dissociation where I felt like I was sitting elsewhere or wearing something different, and lost sensation of the ground and my body. And toward the very end, my brow area was tingling immensely, as if someone was touching or pinching it. I've never had such a successful experience! Will be saving this to try again. Thank you so much!
