Thank you so much for the tutorial, I really appreciate it :) . It works perfect using Odin in a Samsung Tab S7, I was a bit worried because the firmware I downloaded it didnt have the CP file, and thats because mine is wifi version lol.

@@AdamUPN0w yes it took me a few hours to get it started but once I figured out the problem it went smoothly. I had a bit of a problem getting the AP file to load into Odin but I fixed it by deleting Odin & reinstalled it.

The easiest solution to this is looking for the cp file from your firmware and flashing it under AP slot in Odin, and voila it's solved.

I bought a renewed s23 ultra which is stuck at 5.1 may 1st firmware.. It says up to date. What I do know is, this is suppose to be an unlocked phone. But when I did the *#1234# it shows verizon. What should I do now? Can I flash this sucker so it no longer belongs to verizon? Only option currently to update would be getting a hold of a verizon sim card.

It should be able to get the update still. This website mentions it: www.techinfoin.com/samsung-galaxy-s10-plus-android-12-eligibility-update-status-updates-39/ Try the 1st method and if that doesn't work try the second method in this video.

what if ur phone is not showing any update, its also old and u cant find it in the galexyfirmware? i have zflip its SM-F7OOU--------SM-F700USQU1ATAH.....this is no where i can find...this phone is stuck on android 10, but samasung had done android 11-13 and say this phone can get it. what do i do? i want tp update it. its ATT phone, can u help?

From the video it appears to work as far as getting the newest software release, however, what happens when another version is released? Do we have to go through all this again or does this fix OTA updating as well?

I believe you can ask it to update and it will look for the latest update. I did that recently and it said I was on the lasted firmware.

What if Smart Switch will not install on the phone? It and most all Samsung apps fail updating or installing. Android apps install fine unless they are Samsung apps.

I did this then I saw a new update so I updated my s21 ultra but the screen stopped responding. When I re-flashed it, it went back to normal but now Samsung apps kept crashing. I updated it again with smart switch but the screen stopped responding again so I am going to flash it again

Android 13 has multiple updates as well can we go from 12 to 13 most latest version without doing prior 13 updates?

Is the firmware already has the updates in it sure. Do make sure you phone can support the updates by going to manufacture spec page.

@@RandomZ8 No dude, you must use XAA to update your phone OTA because your phone is XXA region. I've tested on my S21 FE XXV, I flashed INS ROM and got the same error :)

@Spectrific for me after some deep research turns out the guy I bought this from locked it to android 12, how? I don't know, the fix to it is that I have to update it on my computer by force, but I might brick the phone in the process so it's fine, I only wanted the update to use some good lock apps but I found a work around that

@@ericjohnson5172 no bro, sorry, I've just kept it the way it is, you could try and force it to update by force using a pc but you might brick the phone so I'd rather be safe than sorry.
