I completely relate to Matt’s reconstruction and loss of confidence that I have been processing over the past 3 years. I am now noticing a rebirthing within myself. Integration is the best word to describe the reformation of who I am becoming and yes this requires very deep inward focus.

What a Midsummer Dream to listen to you and Matt Kahn! When you two talk things happens🤩 It’s like divine interventions. I have followed you both for a long time! This interview explained so much to me, yes we have “ good enough parents” . It’s ok to tell the stories without having to tell that you love your parents, at times we don’t feel love, they did what they thought was the best for us. Then our divine path led us where we are today . The inner child talk Matt did thank you thank you! When writing autobiography it’s a work for yourself! Great show as usual. This particular one had a great natural flow about it like "channeling" i guess. I was watching Roo's body language and reactions during it. And the communication between you two as you were patting and reassuring him. Nice explanation at the end about living with Roo and how sensitive and protective he is. Also great deep n enjoyable subject with your guest, learned a lot there. Best wishes.

I am not sure how to express this -but Matt Kahn was always Matt kahn but the difference for me is that there is no gossamer thin veil over Matt being Matt- the difference between Matt lite and denser more embodied matt its the Velveteen Rabbit Matt So to make a long story short when we dont' feel safe we leave our body and when we feel safe we return Welcome home Matt

Just started watching...you refer to Shakti as masculine and she is feminine: Google...What god is Shakti? In Hinduism, every god has a Shakti, or energy force. It's one of the reasons she is worshipped by millions of people throughout India. Shakti is also known as Parvati, Durga, and Kali, She's an archetype who you might call upon for strength, fertility, and power. / Shanti means peace. or inner peace. I love you Matt!

While I love this guy’s overall message, I was turned off by his initial comments. When humans focus on any kind of separation, which (in this case) is his obvious focus on the patriarchal programming to make us believe in focus on “systemic racism.” When any of us buys into the focus on what’s wrong, we get more division. So he’s exhibiting a contradiction of beliefs. I hear he is on a spiritual path of evolving - woohoo! - but of all the guests you’ve interviewed, I energetically don’t mesh with this guy.
