:chuckles: I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and guess that you are American, Robert? I, being English with an American missus, have run into this problem myself with the in-laws not being able to understand me :) In this case tho', the audio quality is down to the software filtering the mic due the obviously windy conditions - it's causing clipping and that does make it harder to understand.
I was so confused about the lay out of the house. I felt like I missed something in the beginning and I could never "catch up." I m thinking it's because it is in such need of repair and you were trying to show its best features, but it was hard to follow. I can't see in my mind what the whole property looks like or encompasses. I love the river and the little town and pool. Great features.
It is quite a lot to show and yes it needs total refurbishment, there was not attempt to disguise the amount of work if anything I gave to many options. Sarah told me to stop lol. Glad you enjoyed some of it at least.
@pppropertyvideos Perhaps I could have started my comment by mentioning that I have been enjoying so many of your videos. They really are quite good and the 2 of you work very well together and also entertain us sometimes. ☺️😃 It was just that one video that I struggled with. It looks like it might have been a tricky one. In my opinion. I'm re-watching it now and I did miss the beginning of the video. That's why I felt lost. I didn't see the exterior of the house. 🤦♀️ Namasté
I am definitely interested in this house. Can I get some more information Or would you like to send it to my email. I would like to see the house before I make an offer of course
