I work in property industry more than 15yrs now, the reason you can get the same clothing item at Small street as in Sandton City but way cheaper is bcos of rent, tenants in posh shopping malls push up their prices to subsidise the rent, you're basically paying their hefty retail rent nothing else

@@_molebogeng6281 I live in Soshanguve and if you look properly, you'll find good hairstylists who don't charge a lot but essentially it costs me about R500/R600 in total including hairpiece and I've recently started taking my daughter and her hair costs R100... All in all, I cover myself and my extended family 😂 with around R700 and I do my nails(hands and toes) for R300... More than that, I'd rather learn how to do my own hair.

I am convinced people are rich they hear us complain about the economy and agree cause they wanna be nice kodwa they can’t relate 😂
