Regardless, what differentiates adulthood from adolescence is the fact that you have to be responsible for literally everything for exactly the reason that no one is around to tell you what to do. Buying groceries for yourself, keeping up with car maintenance if you own a vehicle, doing your own laundry, dishes, and cleaning the house, insurance, making and keeping doctor and dentist appointments, paying bills and credit cards, and securing a job (or jobs) that will hopefully result in greater income than the total cost of your living expenses. I don't know what your relationship with your parents is like, but especially if you're still in high school, it might be worthwhile to consider all the things your parents do and see what you can do now to learn or improve on a skill you might need once you're on your own.

Hang in there! I know depression is really tough. This may not be what you want to hear, but the only lasting solution is reading the Bible, praying, and following Jesus. If you can find some Christian friends or pastors, ask them for help- if they're true Christians then they should be more than willing to help! "for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." (Romans 14:17)
