Shield your hair from too much sweat. Use a wide-toothed neem comb to detangle wet hair. Cut down on your sugar and processed food consumption. I personally used head and shoulder and it literally ruined my hair. Dandruf and fungal infection increased to 2×. The dandruff was like salt in my hair so i personally dont recommand anyone to use head and shoulder

@Jayanthm watch fit tuber's video on natural hair care products Its really easy, take 300 gm or so reetha seeds and grind them until they become a fine powder, literally this is it, just take some water mix reetha powder and make thin paste and apply it on your hair wash off normally. Tip : use curd as a conditioner, your hair will feel so good after this

I have used mama Earth onion shampoo together with onion oil & conditioner and i must say....my experience was hell. It's one of the worst hair products I have ever used but if you are claiming it to be good thn may be it didn't suit my hair type 😓
