Feelings are hard to conquer! But I can say that I'm learning to. I'm in the midst of a battle right now & my feelings are saying opposite of what I know is God's Word of truth! The most important thing I've learned is don't stop praying & stay in the Word! Your feelings will say: "I don't feel like praying right now, I will later. I don't feel like reading right now, I will later!" And later becomes tomorrow and so on. The more you put off getting with God, talking to Him & being quiet so He can speak to you, the more rope you're giving the enemy & more "feelings" he'll use! He'll go from a toe-hold to a foot-hold quickly! You are no match for the enemy when he comes to steal, kill & destroy you! You must put on the armor of God & defeat your feelings & know what God says & declare it daily! God bless!!!
