Well, i download video in 4k from pexels website. Then for motion tracking i just make the resolution to 1080p in capcut. After doing all the step i composite the original video to the CGI.

@@KamranWaziir352 how do you make the resolution to 1080p in capcut my footage is also from pexels it says hd 1920 by 1080

@@Vertexvoyager then it's fine. It's the same quality we want for tracking. You don't need to compress it down. Just go for tracking

In the video, I show how to motion track, mask things, add shadow etc. I downloaded that model from sketchfab. You can just search for it there. Its free.

Just download a model then open the file click on the model and copy it then open your blender file that you are working on and paste it. Ur welcome

The default location is: Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects \Support Files\Scripts Mac: /Applications/Adobe After Effects /Scripts Load the Script in After Effects: Open After Effects. Go to File > Scripts > Run Script File... Navigate to the folder where you copied the script and select it. The script should now be loaded and you can use its features as described in the script’s documentation. Automate Script Loading (Optional): If you frequently use the script, you can add it to the Scripts menu for easier access. Go to file explorer. Right click the video. You will get a list of options. Click properties. It will show the properties of the video. In this property section you will have tabs at the top. Click details. You will see many properties. Like resolution, frame rate etc
