Icelandic? That sound exists in Icelandic, but "ll" in Icelandic has a different pronunciation than the "ll" in Greenlandic or Welsh@@X3rCobraz

Google translate tends to be for languages with many speakers. Currently Google translate supports 133, when there are 1,000s of languages in the world.

Nope there is no translator on the internet. Best you could do is lookup words in an English to kalaallisut dictionary and hope they have what you're looking for.
