Imagine the police knew there was a killer on the lose and they knew who it was, their name and location but decided to not tell anyone. Or a car manufacturer knew there was a critical fault on their car and didn't tell anyone.

It's the newer little brands I worry about. Especially the ones that claim eco credentials. You can bet their standards are not so high and the people working for them are likely to be, shall we say, of a certain demographic that doesn't like this country and its people very much. I'm guessing a salad product, meat would be sourced back extremely quick due to the field to fork laws. Salad items don't have those checks.

Oh yeah, minced beef has a risk. It has to be cooked hot enough to kill the bacteria, not washed. 👍🏼 It's usually from burgers that aren't cooked to the right internal temperature. In the USA two kids passed away from Jack-in-the-box burgers. Recently a 10-year old girl came close from a Wendy's burger, now she has hypertension and kidney damage, her health is really messed up. A very sad story was a dad who grilled burgers for a family cook out and their 7-year old son passed away from an undercooked burger. 😢 After I read that, I wouldn't let my little son eat a burger off of a grill 😂😂😂 I cooked his burger in a skillet. Made a very thin patty, well cooked & crispy! I called it a skinny burger. 😆 It made him feel special to get it like that.
