@@hanakoisbestgirl4752 anthrax is a living organism and the spores are highly toxic and when collected together resemble a white powder. If inhaled by a human, it's deadly. But getting anthrax is VERY difficult. It needs to be grown in mass quantities in a lab, then the spores need to be safely collected. Witch is why you rarely ever see ACTUAL anthrax attacks. Usually people will put sugar in an envelope or flour, and just scare people into thinking it's poision
