chapter 3 got me ranting in the comments section. i'm in a relationship and i found myself as a toxic person just because of my mistakes in the past and the mistakes that i'm still trying to avoid making it. my partner would always bring up some of the mistakes that i've made in a very long time ago and as a sensitive person i was always be emotionally exhausted thinking that it's always my fault. then i found myself scared on making up some mistakes cause every mistakes that i've made would make our arguments/fights more bigger. thank you for this video ms rebecca, it helped me a lot to realize that making mistakes are fine and i hope i can learn from it so that i can be better too. 🙁💗
Lately, I've been stuck in another episode of "Why even bother". And sleep my days away because I'm so unhappy rn. I keep saying I'm going to get better but keep failing. And then I realized if I'm unhappy then that's on me to take the initiative to want to better myself and I finally did that. I talked to my aunt about getting therapy and I really hope I get it :) thank you for always making these videos it helps a lot ❤
First of all, after watching a ton of your videos these past couple of years I can say that you have some of the best vibes on RU-vid. The message of this video really resonated with me especially when thinking about who I was a couple of years ago. I may not be super confident but I certainly have more confidence in myself now than I did then.

Hey girl. For months on end I was consistently watching your videos every time you uploaded and even replaying them for motivation while cooking, cleaning, etc. Then I moved in with my parents and the last 4 months have been really stressful. I took advantage of the morning they were gone to watch several of your videos while baking. I'm thankful to be moving out soon and eager to get back into a routine with you. Know yourself, don't have Beliefs based on what PEOPLE think are right , know the difference b/w you think that is right and wrong and have strong base for that if you are ever wrong in something instead of defending your actions (if they are wrong) try to open your heart, be brave and learn from it, have constant reflections upon your actions, thought process and words , because that what creates a specific personality/ reputation in the public and that what also defines you as YOU!

I started doing makeup everyday. And calorie counting and using food scale. And my workouts and started vlogging my weight loss journey and makeup video. And working and praying to get rid of binge eating. I want to make nice videos like you. You edit nicely. Wish I knew how to do this.
