I have test drove both petrol and hybrid. Definitely worth paying the extra for the hybrid. I have been a Skoda man for the past six years, past four driving a Koraq and the jogger definitely impressed me that much I'm changing.
I too am swapping from Skoda after 10 years and four cars. I think Dacia have taken over Skoda’s place as a true value proposition. Right now they’re at that quality/value sweet spot that Skoda were a few years ago.
I’ll probably buy one of these next year if the new duster not out… only thing that spoils this car is the wheels are too small they just look out of proportion of the car..
@@smcmotorgroup completely understand if I buy a hybrid version next year, would the warranty be void should I add 17in wheels… as you’ll know the Renault Arkana runs 18in… the only reason I’ll not be buying one next year is if I buy a new 2024 Duster instead
I ordered the Dacia jogger hybrid, on 17th January. I was actually the firsf person who ordered the hybrid from my local dealer. However i haven't been given a clear date of when it will arrive. Do you have any idea of when it will arrive?
@@smcmotorgroup non plug in hybrids (Petrol's and diesel's) are an issue in Denmark. Your subject to 85% registration tax on the majority of the car after VAT. That in addition to the general higher price of a hybrid turns most dealers and manufactures off wanting to sell them into Denmark. It's stupid, as It locks a good number of people out of making the switch to a more efficient, less polluting way to get about.
Is the Dacia Jogger urban grey a lacquered finish? Can it be polished using Autoglym for example or does it need different product protection due to its opaque finish??
Yes it is a lacquered finish. You can use autoglym but we would reccomend Gen 3 paint protection and it's what we offer as the Dacia approved product in our showrooms.
I don't review cars on this channel as I'm not talking from an independant stand point. I only do guides and walkthrough. However if you want an idea of how the hybrid system works then you should watch our E-TECH Explained video.
It doesn't protect baby seals because CAGW is a load of old guff. Even if CAGW was genuine you would have to account for the co2 released making an extra electric motor and the extra for the battery. If you do this the 'eco' version looks worse. That said it looks good as a petrol option.
