Please answer me. My sternum does not hurt, but right under my pectoral muscle where the armpit meets hurt, stemming alongside the right side of my ribs and to the back ribs. It aches and throbs all throughout the day for 4 months now. When I take a deep breath it feels tight. Is this costochondritis or my right lung? My doctor did x ray and stuff but is no help at all. Should I get an CT scan?

Sarah ....I had very similar symptoms when I had a slight dislocation of one of my ribs where it joins to the spine, between my shoulder blades. The way the nerves work you actually feel pain in the front / along side of your chest I didn’t realize it for months as well, it happen while weight lifting . Had X-ray & ultrasound on my chest & shoulder area, which showed nothing, and it was actually a chiropractor who discovered it & fixed it May just be a coincidence, but I would look into that possibility

@@Day-ZDuke thank you so much for sharing your experience. I will try a chiropractor soon. It's just I dont exercise or do anything that wouldve pulled it. This is the most annoying pain that I've experienced, and for the length of time. I've pulled my back and had various injuries, this one is just wierd. Maybe it's a pulled or inflammation, but hopefully it will go away. I feel like it's holding me back in life mentally and physically. But it can be worse ! So I'm just dealing with it

I agree with the other commenter Aaron. I too had this problem, my local chiropractor is pretty good, and diagnosed it as a rib. He did the adjustments, I was pain free within half an hour.

If you want a good adjustment wear some loose fitting clothes like basketball shorts and a tank or a mesh top. Hate seeing people go in, in jeans and a button up or tight fitting non stretching stuff

Hello Dr Gregory Johnson, I used to watch your videos a couple years back, informative and your technique was very unique (especially the ring dinger). I can't thank you enough for the ASMR feelings I experienced during your videos. I do have a question, ever heard of Doctor Nelson Vetanze? A chiropractor in Colorado who is known for GPA (Gravitational Pattern Alignment) I honestly think this is a amazing and true method of bone setting. (Not that yours is not good, I can agree with your technique and practice.) What are your thoughts? Interested to know.
