Maam what is the actual difference between the students who did their btech in non cs branch ,does works in IT companies AND those who works in IT companies and are from cs profile. Does companies consider the difference between those students!? Will you please make a video on this topic.!
I mean" do microsoft (IT company)consider the difference between it's employees who are from CS background and non-cs background. Because a considerable number of students with non cs profile works in IT company.
@@bhaskark1801 dear, there is no difference and company doesn't differentiate between cs or non-cs background, for them all that matters is skill to do the job, if a person has a great skillset to do the job, background becomes least important
@@theCorporateDiariesthanks for your reply. is it really easy of a non-cs person to maintain gpa as well as overtake a actual cs person in skills... because I am stucked into it.... should I go for cse in ism (iit)Dhanbad or electrical in bhu , jodhpur indore , Or should I go for lower branches like mechanical and chemical in top IITs ....as of now I have decided that "I will work in an it company with software profile".

Tq mam, you are doing really a good job for us., i completed btech in2018 in ECE and after that i started preparation about govt job 3 years over right now still I didn't get job due to there is not conducting exams by govt. So I decided to make my carrier as a software engineer. Now I started learning front end languages mostly those will complete 2022 beginning months. Hello mam, I will be very thankful if you address my query. I just started my career as a sql dba in an mnc. Due to admin role, I need to work even in off time. Holidays are also given as per client business. Please guide me about how can I switch my career to developer role in any technology, so that I will able to work from 9 am to 6 pm job, with good career growth.
Dear Piyush, I understand your concern, but the image that you have of a developer 9am to 6pm is also not true, they also suffer same thing, there holidays depends on when the roll out is, and they also have to adhere timelines as per client. So a good work life balance is not dependent on the job role, its mostly dependent on the "company" and "your manager".. If you like your job then I will suggest to switch to a different company, while nothing can guarantee limited numbers of hours and 9am to 6pm is more of a myth now a days, its more of a 24X7 environment for most of the jobs.
You can search for some other developer projects that gives day shifts,like software developer, testing ...etc... I'm also looking for thse kind of jobs.I hope this tip helps😊👍
