100% correct I work as a data consultant in Healthcare we are slowly being written off as AI generates the code. Goodbye to my previous life and onto building my portfolio - got multiple BRR on the horizon. 😂
It was passed into law a few days ago. Now easier & cheaper to extend leases and buy freeholds for your property. No cap on ground rent though which had been expected. Hope that helps.
It is a number pulled from the IMF report... always check the data source ... 50%, 60%, 90% is not really the point is it? The point is how will you make a living. Trying to be a smart-arse on social media does not pay well.
@@PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation the IMF do not have a Time Machine, no one is able to tell the future, these studies often use computer modelling to estimate.. so it’s a guess. AI will replace people’s jobs but to what extent is uncertain. My issue is when statistics and numbers are thrown around and presented as certainty, computer modelling and mathematical studies is not evidence and should be taken as a scenario of something that could happen, not something that will happen.
@@Answersonapostcard It is a forecast agreed. It is foolish in the extreme to ignore and not think about the impact of AI. My thinking is focussing on owning assets and providing services at the base of Maslow's hierarchy of needs is safer than hoping nothing changes. I want to provoke people to consider the future and have a role in shaping it rather than it happening to them.
