Pile 2: Balancing out the masculine was exactly how you told me to rebalance my hormones in the live a 2 months ago! I wasn’t ovulating and I totally wasn’t feeling feminine. It’s gotten better, and is almost back in balance. P.s. those chakra cards are great! I love how it says specifically what’s going on being under active or overactive.

I’m so glad to hear that Leanna! The chakra cards are great! They’re going to be so helpful in so many readings (and for me personally too hehehe) I can see and feel but sometimes I just need a clear “under or over” 😂 PS. Spirit showed me yams three times in the last 12 hours - I channeled “estrogen, sacral chakra, and sexuality/root cause” in my synchronicity journal. Since you mention the hormones here, yams could be a tool for you as well (they also previously channeled “vitex berry” to me and when I looked it up it was for estrogen balance too - just something to look into maybe?)

@@teoyan377 Eating more fruits and vegetables and moving my body. I balanced out my masculine by moving my body more, and taking action more, buy me doing this, it has almost eliminated my anxiety completely. I eat lots of cruciferous vegetables in my luteal phase because they help detox excess estrogen and this has helped me cure my estrogen dominance. My goal now is to ovulate again and both things Siobhan suggested I have been doing. I just bought some Vitex, and I’ve been eating lots of yams as well. The yam will help the sacral chakra, which is the chakra I know is under active. Eat well and move the body. That’s what I’ve done and I feel great. I have also been able to understand my intuition better because I’m balancing this chakra and in turn is also balancing my emotions. Because if you think about it, all hormones are connected to feelings, and if you balance out your emotions, you balance your hormones. I hope this helps.

So I was listening to this while doing some painting in the garden I specifically chose number 1 and 2 but then listened to 3 as well. I’ve had a day full of synchronicities. I’ve been balancing male and female energies for a while but there was a synchronicity in that reading for me too! My son is a trans man and he came out at 16 and is now 25 I was meant to meet with him today to go out walking in nature but we both ended up having a little too much things to do so I was probably very much still conscious of his energy. He is still young at 25 but he looks REALLY young. Oh and he has autism. Very mild as he diagnosed himself. He has worked with people who have it as a support worker so I think that’s perhaps when he realised. Thank you for all the synchs and for your amazing energies. Pile 3 - really reasonated and I have an autistic son. My worries are cyclical and I’m an overthinker possibly on the spectrum myself or have OCD tendencies. I’ve been working so hard to ground myself, but you’re right about not knowing if my negative thoughts are my own or others. I feel their energy and I have a lot of negative energy around me. I’m trying to let go and change but I am trapped as currently no income and 3 children to think about. Trying to be patient and positive. I have changed a lot, but results are gradual due to constant blockages. I wish there was a magic wand, but I’ll persevere as much as I can. Thank you for such a helpful reading. I’d buy the sheets but I can’t afford them right now, but they do look good 👍
