“Shib”(씹) literally means not “fuck” but “cunt” or “pussy”. “al” (=”hal”, 할) is a future tense conjugation of the verb “hada” meaning “do”. "Shibal (씨발)” literally means “will do (it to your) cunt”, finally meaning “fuck”. Flexible word, basically saying "fuck" or "shit" for cursing the situation that just happened in this case.

I'd say maybe just bcuz he was a former OW Pros, U could saw that most of OW players preferr Phantom, Sinatraa Munchkin Carpe all good at using phantom.
