On a good walk in the mountains one can notice the stark difference between 'talking and thinking,' and then, dropping all this.
In this silence it becomes clear that the havoc in our lives is only, partly caused by external factors.
Existing in the quietude, we might feel motivated to rekindle something of this natural presence back into our daily lives and lived experiences.
