Clearly the judges here are unqualified to evaluate either contestants superior intellect, and I propose that both Tom *and* Cristine both dress as Chaplin as punishment for slandering Mr. Larson. Chris isn’t right at all! consonance: recurrence or repetition of consonants especially at the END of stressed syllables without the similar correspondence of vowels (as in the final sounds of "stroke" and "luck"). Alliteration: is the repetition of an INITIAL consonant sound in words that are in close proximity to each other. Why are we confusing consonance and consonant?

Plus, it sounded like Chris was saying "illiteration," but he was talking about alliteration. Consonance and alliteration are similar devices, but the difference is where the repeated consonant sounds fall within words. It was a tough question, and while Chris was on the right track, he definitely got it wrong.
