I met Odell late last year via a podcast meet up group. The first time I met him he took time out to get to know me and the things I want to do. In this short time I've become good friends with him and give him credit for helping me get this podcast off the ground with both advice and accountability. We met at Plum Tucker cafe recently for the first filming day of the show and we spoke about mental health from different perspectives.
