Maybe . I tend to respond to scolding on “not taking care of my self” or not doing what I “need” to do by feeling I’ve strayed from my responsibilities path but that’s actually just a trauma symptom . Trust yourself. Sounds like the Reiki was helpful to a point and you’ll do it again when you feel ready . Just my thoughts ❤

Woah, this was for me to the exact detail. I was just journaling about my stomach when there your voice was talking about needing to relax my stomach - my ex came over to see our daughter and my tummy was alll tense after that. He’s a Leo. I tell my mom everything and you know what, she is rooting for my downfall. If I ever celebrate and tell her good news she is never congratulating me. She does root for my downfall! Weird, the past week I’ve had such an upset stomach I can barely eat. I have MS and it affects my eyes the most. I did an ionic foot bath and it was soooo dark. The deep breath felt great, I’ll definitely meditate tonight. I can work on it for sure. I have a coworker I befriended and I hope she doesn’t have ulterior motives with our deep talks. Exactly. Having stomach tension because lack of sleep and a long to do list for my fashion photoshoot this weekend. Tense but so inspired. Will be worth it. Because of this, had to keep canceling plans on my persistent ex who’s trying so desperately to get back in my life. I put eye drops in my eye 1 min before you mentioned the issue with your right eye - I got cream in my right eye and it was stinging hence the drops. I’m not sure if the reading is a definite match for me, but I connect with the point about a friend not being completely supportive. I told a mate I was unsuccessful about a job application today and they didn’t say much of anything in return. In contrast they were unsuccessful with a similar thing and I was very empathic.
