I’ve experienced the same thing too. Went to dermatologist and everything they gave me made it worst. Stopped using all those and started using just water and afterwards, I would run the hot water on a face rag, wring it out and wipe my face with it. Masks that’s are good would be honey and a little baking soda. Mix it in the palm of your hand and apply. Leave it on for 15mins and rinse. Good for dark spots. 2-3 times a week. And use olive oil for moisture or bio oil. Then repeat washing with just water and use the hot rag again. Works on point. Thanks for sharing. P.S. Stress definitely can cause that kind of acne. I believe it was stress for me too!
Hi, whoever is reading this, I believe her skin type is dry to normal, that's why it worked for her. I have combination to oily skin, I've tried this before and it made my acne worse and my skin very dull.
Let me tell you this. I have oily skin to. But it’s only oily because I have dry skin. Let me explain. When ur face is really dry ur body over produces the amount of oil to moisturize it. Which, as you know, clogs ur pores and produces acne. So you necessarily don’t have oily skin but have really dry skin. Which is why she probably uses these products. So you either actually have oily skin or you have really dry. Either way they didn’t work so it don’t matter.
Firstly, I watched a couple videos on the caveman regimen and they said that it involves using NOTHING (some use water, some don’t) so I think other than the couple things you use at night you’re kinda doing it? 😂 Also I have a question! I’ve stopped using skin care for the past 3 weeks and it’s been working well, I’m gonna stick at it but at some point I wanna handle the scars left behind from spots here and there 🤔 My skin is sensitive, and Shea butter is too heavy for my skin. Haha maybe I am! But I would say bio oil is definitely lighter than Shea butter so it may be a better option. It’s never harmed my skin so it should be okay. I would say give it some time to see if you see any differences. If you don’t see any change after like a month, then maybe it’s not the one.
Idk really. Dermatologists recommend otherwise. Ofcourse don't use anything with harsh chemicals. I did the caveman thing for a while and eventually my skin didn't look good. I started using gentle washes and skincare and it looks better now, and also sunscreen is very important
@@ourlittlefamily8342 I used to think so but I’m from Africa and the older women in the village have incredible skin just from water and heavy cream. Meanwhile my skin got worse the more I visited a dermatologist
Please, after I wear make up ,how am I going to wash my face only with water? Will water remove the make up? Do you put the oil first and the shea butter after ? Everyday?
