Hi Sonia, I've been so much more in tune with my intuitive self and my spirt guides since I started watching your videos. Thank you. So many times the guides will do things that will make me laugh, and I'll say to them, "That was very clever, thanks." Occasionally they'll give me a little lesson that's less than pleasant, and I'll ask, "What was that about?" And they'll tell me, "That was the only way to get you to realize something about yourself that needs to change for the better." "Got it, thanks." I'm getting back into making artwork and jewlery, but I've been having some difficulty finding the supplies I prefer, then one day, while walking around downtown my guides pretty much pushed me into a little store, that didn't seem to be about anything related to art supplies. I went to the back of the store, and there was everything I had been looking for. Fun stuff like that happens fairly frequently now that I'm more open to it..
speaking of less than pleasant lesson, mine proved to me just how untrusting and stubborn i am. during my talks with my guide, there is one subject that i am hung up on, so i keep asking the same related question over and over, same session, same day, multiple days over. "she" answers yes to this same question as true every single time, but one night she said, "am i supposed to answer no to that?" i chuckled, because it was a massive hint that my stubborn skeptical monkey brain still wouldnt let me accept. so i persisted, and she slapped me with the biggest "no" answer i was clearly fishing for! it shocked me so much, lol. it was an effective lesson that made me realize just how absurd i am being. i had this revelation: "i am talking to the universe itself! there is no higher authority to seek answers from! she is giving me THEE absolute topmost answer of all - there is no one else that can answer this!" before this, i successfully used her guidance for other similar matters i deemed more possible to achieve, and really nonchalantly achieved them, but this one issue is just a massive thorn that, really, is not different from other things if i would just accept it! it made me realize that i really needed to trust my guides and trust myself as capable.

It is crazy how I used to be so negative …when you are living day to day you never see it…. A couple years ago something snapped in my head I stopped drinking & being negative! Even now I catch myself starting to complain & bitch & moan about having to go to work etc… but as soon as I pay attention I turn it around and start thinking of nice things & how there is always a positive in every situation even if it really does suck…. But now even the worst tasks I am stuck doing turn out to be very easy I always learn something from it….now the days are flying by if you stop bitchin about how much this sucks & complain & blame everyone & everything about the bad situation Just take a few seconds to put your hands on your heart area take a few deep breaths in with nose 8 count out twice as long with mouth Then a few minutes the frustration is gone. A lot of the spirit guides are so subtle you don’t even realize what us happening. 3 yrs ago I was actually ready to end myself but something told me to check out this subject of our higher selves …. That God is in everyone of us not in some fancy castle in the sky I am just saying stay positive then you life will turn around. TRUTH LOGIC & COMMON SENSE
Hi Sonia :) after watching your last video, I connected with my guides and asked for a clear sign, a gift. The next morning, I opened my curtains and noticed a bouquet of flowers outside of my house, on the sidewalk in the rain. I went outside and brought them in, putting them in a nice vase. It wasn’t till later in the day that I connected the flowers with Spirit. ❤ it seemed so random, that’s how I knew it was from them.

Hi Sonia, could you speak to the fearfulness of raising children in this current chaotic atmosphere? My heart breaks witnessing other's kid's imaginations being sabotaged by technology and other challenges they'll be exposed to. Its causing me to abandon the idea of raising a family.
Grace, guidance and gifts is the best. I bought it when it first came out and Im still using it atleast 3 days a week. It gives me strength and excitment knowing I am blessed each and everyday.
So, my boyfriend's brother's $600 bike got stolen in the middle of the night last night it was locked pretty well with a thick cord wrapped around the staircase and my mind went to kid snatchers and I'm like WHAT THE HECK....😅 😆 I have 2 kids and I let them play in the apartment complex I check up on them here and there but I don't sit out there and fully watch them. I live in a good neighborhood.. as I thought.. and now I am stuck in my head and in fear. Just got this disturbing feeling from the bike thing and then it just escalated and then I get that yucky feeling and then I am stuck on that yucky feeling cause then I try to fix it. lol 😅😅 Taking deep breaths and getting back to my body and just expressing my story this morning.

I am so glad I found you! I had no idea my thoughts were so negative. In one day I would mindlessly say "I don't know" "I don't care" even "I hate myself". I want to stop that and raise my frequencies!
I had the same thing happen with a job. I remember my red light intuition told me to walk away when I was signing the contract for my new job. It was such a difficult time in my life. So much density. I would go in happy and leave miserable. Then all these accidents started happening. Before that I had a job I loved but the pay was very low. So I took the other job because it was double the pay ended up having crazy coworkers who brought their problems to work. . I forgot to ask for Spirit to align me with a job I love, with amazing people and double the money. I had such trauma from that job but honed my skills and opened myself up to my gifts. But it was definitely the long difficult road. Not easy and joyful. Spirit kept giving me signs to leave and I wasn't listening.

Lately i have been more present and have been noticing various animals around me in and out of my home. Well i have been reading up on the animals there spiritual meaning, WOW i am seeing that they all have been trying to get my attention and have a message for me, spot on with my life. ❤ So grateful for finally stopping paying attention and listening to my senses

Dear Sonia thank you so very much for this talk today! I’m Brigid from Australia, and this talk resonated SO much for me! I’ve been so unhappy about the coming Christmas Day because I will be on my own again. It never gets any easier. However, just today I was talking to my Councelor, who challenged me to make a list of what, out of the usual, things I might like to do. She then mentioned that it may help me to be near water! There is a lake not far from where I live,and there is a camping place on this lake. I had $200 Aussie dollars ( just by chance) and I started to wonder what it would cost for one night for a lake front cabin. I almost convinced myself that I probably didn’t have enough for one night being Christmas season, but decided to call them to enquire, and would you believe that they not only had a vacancy for 24th and 25th of December, it would cost me only &180 ! It is actually over the water!!! I often go to the back of this lake to meditate and relax, I love it so much! I was hesitating, but I just had this inner nudge, and it was right! I got so much out of your discussion!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! God bless always. Yes, my energy and that of others has been something that is "louder" than usual. It's becoming something that when someone has really negative energy, i am having a lot more issues setting that aside and seeing their light. It feels like an elephant in the room now, that I happen to be allergic to. 😅 I haven't figured out how to navigate these situations in a positive way, how to change what the status quo is, without creating a bunch of upset for everyone.

Good question. I have wondered what is going on with my Clair's. My clair of just knowing is my strongest one . I never had that lesson but increase incredibly. My clair of hearing is what I have been wondering about. I only heard a phantom person beside my bed one morning and I know I was awake but I had my eyes still closed. I heard a male voice say " I love you" I wasn't scared because I felt real emotion behind it. I didn't recognize the voice as anyone I knew. I only experienced this once .
I have been dealing with definite anxiety and being in this fight or flight feeling and there isn't any rational reason! My memory is awful and all my joints hurt and I didn't know what it was. I went to the Dr and blood work says Rheumatoid Arthritis. But it doesn't explain the anxiety I still have.
Hi there. My Gut is being strange and dont know what is going on. When I sit comfortably for meditation my gut starts swirling and I have thi sickly feeling. I was doing childhood trauma pherapy and my pherepist was being flirting with me. How do I remove this swirling sick like energy from my stomach. Thank you. Will 🙏
The other night I was meditating and focused on clearing negative energy from each Chakra.. I had my hands laying on my stomach and with each Chakra I said I balance said Chakra and I now release any negative energy withing this Chakra or in this space out of my body.. qnd I noticed when I was done my hands both hands were floating above my stomach!! It was strange because my hands felt as though they were still laying on blanket I was covered with... they were all tingly and almost numb but felt as they were laying on solid ground!! Is that normal?? Also my ears for months now have been doing this high pitched ringing.. its a constant ring.. before the ringing was constant I would feel/also hear pressure like an energy change around me then they would ring one ear at a time randomly that would last about 30 seconds to amin. But now the ringing is constantly!! Its real high pitched but low.. is this normal?? I noticed that would happen often so thats when I started meditating and since I started meditating thats when they ring always... is this normal? What should I be doing? Plz help Idk what to do anymore!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
