I'd honestly love to see more audios like this where they're structured like guided meditations with the music and everything, but under the guise of a roleplay. It doesn't have to be yandere related just meditations with a storyline are very pleasant.

thank god he was a fake therapist xD i actually cringed for most of the time because nooo bad therapist. but it got resolved when "ah ok, not a licensed real therapist, whew, now I'm fine with everything." the integrity of therapy should always be respected, it's an important job and the relationship between patient and therapist should never be tainted. please never hope/expect for a real therapist to act like that. exploring the fantasy is fine, but separate fiction from reality especially with a sensitive theme like therapy.
