1) Vitamin c serum......i have recently started applying it and honestly my face is glowing......this sun made my skin go dull but vit C serum bought my glow back 2) eating or drinking less cold food ...i mean refridged items like icecream or cold water coz it only makes us feel coldy cold for some time but actually is hot or we say " garam "for oir body ....instead of iced chil water try drinking water from mud utensils as it makes water cooler and is good for health ❤❤

I have been a lot more conscious of my skincare routine for about a month along with my exercise and diet part and I feel so so good! I usually skip body moisturiser coz my skin isn't particularly dry but adding a body sunscreen has made me feel a lot better. I use the Vaseline one.

One tip that i would want to share is doing wet pack during summers.it really helps to cool down your body and keep headaches at bay from the summer heat.
Some of the dermatologists on RU-vid said that you should be using sunscreen to protect from pollution and sun damage and some say Indians don't need it. I am confused should i use it or is it just a marketing gimmick
I haven't come across any dermats who say Indians don't need sunscreen. And trust me, I have almost all dermats on youtube. I listen to dermats than just influencers

The 2-5% concentration ones yes. The higher concentration ones are usually advised once in 15 days or so. The product you use, specifies usage. But you need to build up tolerance. So start with low conc ones first - onfe or twice a week and then build up slowly
