Remember, this is pre-injury Shiren from Unlucky Morpheus on lead guitar. This is what he was fully capable of before his left arm started going bad on him. Every time I hear "ancient moonlit battlefield", I get Buckethead vibes from it. It is one of the few full length instrumental songs Yousei Teikoku have. "Shadow Corps" is just typical kickass song from them, & 'Dictator Yui' is the most unassuming badass in Japanese Metal.

I Know This Song for a few years now. This has to be one of the greatest instrumentals of all time I'm happy someone finally reacts to this at 8:55 the song Shadow Corps starts, it's the track after ancient moonlit battleground on the album I'm glad you liked both

I'm apparently bad at seeing anything in a timely manner, but yeah, awesome to see someone daring to do a reaction to something that's not actually a full blown music video. Love Yousei Teikoku, love Yui-sama, love Shiren and this is one of the finer examples of their work. Plus ZMZ (or ZAZ) is an awesome person for taking the time to translate not only Yousei Teikoku, but a lot of really good music. If you're ever unsure of what to listen to, his channel is a cool resource that brought me two bands I actually never heard of before, and most everything there is really good. That said I love Shiren as much as the next guy, but thankfully Das Feenreich found XiVa and ryöga after his departure (yeah, sorry about Tachibana), and while personally i like The Age of Villains the best of all their stuff I do also enjoy the older industrial, ambience-y catalog. In closing, if anyone ever does a "Zetsu" or "Sou sou friesian" or even "Ranshou Aion" (which for some reason is my personal pick, it just does it for me...) reaction they have at least my like ;)
