As a newer coach last year, I can safely say Coach D made things MUCH easier for me last season. Not only were his wristbands helpful, but he was immediately responsive to my questions/worries via email. I plan to order from him each season moving forward. :)

I have to rebuild each year I currently have 3 back to back to back 2 loss or less seasons 3 championship . Going for #4 kickoff 3 weeks 🙌🏽

I was an assistant on a team that went to 3 straight championships and won 2. Many of the kids moved on to tackle football and plus the other coaches didn't want to deal with the league owner anymore(he tried anything to make sure his team won the championship). Currently I'm helping out a team that used to be the worst in the league. Our seasons are 6-7 games, so this team was 0-6 their first season, 2-4 their second season, and this current season I was able to direct 3 of our former players to the team. And it's like starting from scratch with my old team. Right now I'm showing him a lot of things my old team did and its been an eye opener for him.

Coach, have you found it easier to simply assign each player a specific color for the game rather than changing it up each play?

Thanks for making this video Coach. I’ll be using your advice for the coming flag football season here in Florida. My only returning player decided to play baseball instead this coming season, so I’ll have a whole new group. Gonna try and find those leaders early, and identify what the strengths and weaknesses are. I’ve always seemingly have hit or miss offenses, and good to great defenses. It’s rare to get both great offense and defense. Gonna miss those veterans I’ve had for several years together. Loosing your QB, RB/DB/WR, LB, and RB/SS will make this season a challenge, yet a welcome challenge

You’ve learned so much from your previous teams, these new players are in for a pleasant surprise having you as their coach! @@CoachD Thanks Coach. Not gonna lie, I grew close to those boys, we were a close knit family on and off the field. Especially after a fight between a friend of mine and the other teams coach. We refocused and got serious. I hated taking full charge under those circumstances. I like being the shot caller, but I prefer to be a Defensive Coordinator as well as Head Coach
