I live in Australia we have youth crime problem the youth on probation are re offending sometimes murder by stabbing a most recent one 2 days ago our law won’t let youth be held in holding cells because of law so this particular 15 year old stabbed to death a grand mother to death for he car keys is on bail have your laws changed in the uk since the 2 10 year olds killed the boy on the train lines after they took him from a uk shopping centre bulger was the victims last name so have your laws changed the age of a offender that can be jailed as young as ten is this right and if so has it reduced youth crime thank await your response
