This is a brilliant video. Beyond the expert guidance of the trainer, I am fascinated by the athleticism of these young men as well as their attention and execution of the drills. I absolutely love seeing our youth and future athletes being guided through their development stages.

We like to use the bands because it stimulates the muscles more from the resistance. It definitely makes the workout more intense. I have all my football athletes wear the bands so yes, it helps with football
Side note: can u help someone get a faster 40. I’m at like a 5.3-5.4 at 15 how much can I get that down with correct training in like 4 yrs. or ASAP!!!
