Sorry I got wrapped up in the video. I also forgot to mention in the very beginning when the county told him he could not park his equipment at his house. He went on RU-vid crying about how he needed to go fund me for $500,000 to buy a piece of property to put his house and shop in so he wanted other people to pay for his house.

Spot on about business. I've have never listened or watched the fellow your talking about, and no reason to. I've been into trucking and marketing for over 40 years, simply put you have to do what you say you'll do and most times you can't be the cut throat or the cheapest. Your business will grow fast and effective if you make the right moves and get advice from successful people. Sounds like a real true youtube dumb ass for sure. I'd advise no one listen to his BS. The first thing any business requires is the source of business, getting the work. Some have a niche with repeat work and some have to hussel one on one. Then, there is being on time and doing the work, correctly and as agreed on. Once that is going good, you then have to support the above with all the needs to keep it going, maintenance, employees, etc. Not until all of that gets done and efficient will a business have a reasonable profit. Some folks just can't fathom to reinvest in their business nor forecast the things the business will be needing down the road to keep it healthy. They came up with a term for this...."running it into the ground". Going to church isn't going to help either. Better to tithe your company vs. the preacher.
