Dude i got recommended this the other night and was genuinely shocked as to what this site has come to not allowing swearing in the first 30 seconds of a video but giving full frontal nudity the a okay
I miss the time where the vast majority of recommended videos where similar channels to who you subscribed to, rather than the people you already sub to.
Remember back when you could just click on the next recommended video and you'd go down a rabbithole of all the same kinds of video until you were watching some weird filmed in a basement vid with 2 views? I kinda miss those days.

i saw the exact one yesterday on my recommended page and i was amazed how it was possible for this to happen. Its crazy how youtube even recommends it to so many people, i litterally live on the other side of the globe
I really expected RU-vid Livestreaming to be in a better place at this point. Hell, I still stream here because VoDs are more accessible, the video is more stable, and I like the platform as a whole. But trying to actively browse Live content has been in a horrible state for several years now. Seeing these bots and NSFW thumbnails makes me even more concerned about how little RU-vid seems to care about streaming. I just want a dedicated "Live" tab up with the "Home, Shorts, Subscriptions, RU-vid Music" options. Don't make it so hidden, and actually put some effort into what the page shows. And *PLEASE* let me filter my subscription feed between Live and Video content.
What I think actually sucks is that Ludwig literally can't show this thumbnail without threat of breaking TOS, when it's legitimately shown on the frint page of RU-vid live. There's so much more moderation on small things within videos or streams than there is on what RU-vid itself allows to slip past them
3:07 these are the only ones I’m okay with. I’ll be watching the boondocks on the adult swim RU-vid when it’s streaming it. There kind of a good thing. Uninterrupted streams 24/7 especially if you have RU-vid premium.
And yet when channels like MxR Plays (Henry and Jeannie) show even a smidgen on anything bordering that line, they get a strike. They just got their channel actually deleted, but I can find hundreds of see-through try-on hauls where you can see everything. They remain, MxR Plays doesn't. Insane to me. And that's just one example sadly...
I canceled my YT Premium over this. Yeah, I know adblockers exist. I used the family plan though, and shared it with my family so we could all get YT Music too. Spotify, for me, was a better service but I didn't feel like paying for both YT and Spotify. So we cut spotify and switched to YT. I sit down in the living room to eat some dinner and find a YT video to watch with my family, when I pull up the YT homepage on our living room TV only to be greeted by that extremely graphic thumbnail. I'm an adult man, I don't have an aversion to watching NSFW content. But as a good rule of thumb, I always avoid doing that in the presence of my family, for obvious reasons. And I most certainly don't go to RU-vid to fulfill that desire. Between the absurd bot comments and insane thumbnails, I don't see anything from YT to indicate that they are making the platform better or providing value to me as a customer. Instead of fixing the grotesque comments and exposing people to graphic content directly in the thumbnail like some kind of Fisher Price PronHub, they keep adding dumb AI features that nobody asked for.
as a guy that lives in brazil, cazetv (aka casimiro) is a guy that streams on twitch he is famous cause people like his jokes and he streams olimpics cause is hard to se and he has really good comentarists so yes is real people not bots, he even passed globo(one of the biggest channels in brazil) in views
Wait until you see how much straight up nudity is on RU-vid if you use the right terms. And Livestreams got out of hand yea, but its always been full of sub scams (as in, pay to get subs), gambling, Roblox scams (or what that kids game currency is called). Though now you have the sh*t right at the top due to the viewbots
Meanwhile MxR Plays gets banned for some slightly raunchy thumbnails and SFW but edgy clips. Don't even get me started on the naked yoga on RU-vid or "educational" waxing tutorials.
It’s so refreshing to see hey bear sensory show for children on Ludwig’s channel so my two year old can feel included in the videos I’m watching and he’s forced to see
I looked it all up for "Science purposes" and MY LORD there is a LOT. Its a WHOLE category. Whats WORSE is that 90% of the creators showing something intentionally riding the guidelines are ALSO promoting their "other links". Like... They KNOW what they are doing 💀
3:35 CazéTV is a streamer who specialized in sports, and he frequently (I don't quite understand how) gets the rights to stream major events (not only the Olympics, but also other big soccer competitions like the FIFA World Cup and the UEFA European Championship). Those views are real.
Recently I've seen a lot more comments from very young kids too. Like one kid was saying he was 8 years old lol. And I was like "wtf are you doing on youtube, shouldn't you be on youtube kids". 😂 It's still difficult for me to comprehend the fact that a lot of 8-9 years old are just browsing youtube and seeing a lot of awful traumatizing stuff.
I got it too and were shocked. Reported it and after it I had a lot of streams about sports and republicans? Like, wft. NEVER I watched something sports related and am in Europe.
a few days ago I got multiple hindi livestreams in my recommended with sus near nsfw thumbnails. when I hovered over it to make it autoplay it was some dude making faces as if he was peeking, another one was probably what the dude was watching (edit: it was that one at the end! I was just as shocked to see that).. really hope this stuff isn’t popping up on yt kids
i miss youtube gaming 2016 when it was a seperate app/website and was really good, now i wish they bring that back (but rename it to youtube live) and have it have different ui and essentially be like a twitch clone kinda, and then have it in the main youtube app still but as another tab, like shorts
I HAVE THIS EXACT THUMBNAIL. I took a screenshot of my youtube homepage and it was that shit next to like 3 dark and darker, 2 COD, and 3 "Mr Beast is a pedo" vids.
The other day I saw a thumbnail of a girl just "having a good time", junk in front of the camera. I'd be impressed if that stream existed for more than an additional minute. Really makes you wonder what goes through someone's neurons before starting said stream.
