I love the shot of Hank reacting to the commercial inside of the commercial because to me it signifies that Mega-Lo-Mart knew exactly how Hank was going to react and were mocking him

It's not supposed to be. For some odd reason youtube compressed most of my ytps for no reason, the original video is in 480p, it looks better than this but it's still not that good imo. I would try to render this in 1080p and use a higher quality version of the episode but unfortunately the project file corrupted.
