Please see your GP. You can be referred for CBT and see a specially trained therapist. Please don’t suffer in silence. You deserve a fulfilling life. I hope your ex husband can help you co parent as you appear to be doing the bulk of the parenting alone. I have been in this situation too. Please look after your health and mental wellbeing. However I have given myself a lot of self help therapy. Be gentle with yourself. Take it easy. Being on social media is draining so please take your time and pace yourself.
