I was once subject to a public humiliation video like this, and it makes me so upset to see "influencers" doing these things. In high school (which was an era that payphones and cellphones existed), my friends and I shaped some fruit bars into something that looked like a poop, and casually left it on top of a payphone, then called the phone as the middle school kids were walking past and watched their reaction as they ran to the phone, and saw someone had apparently just casually deposited a poop on top of the phone. Still makes me laugh to this day! If only RU-vid existed then and we could have recorded it it would have been a genuinely hilarious prank. I worked in retail for about 2.5 to 3 years. Seriously props to all employees who deal with her and keep calm. If I had to deal with this lunatic while on the clock for even a second, the Geneva Convention would have been violated.

I work with both kids and I use to work in retail. My tolerance for adults acting like I’ll mannered kids is 0%. I would radio security and follow her until she is either escorted out or leaves. Hats off to the women who talked to her like a child and said, “No. I heard you were doing this so get lost.”

This is from a student whom face palmed as the student said it. A professor in my college, was telling students to take items from shopping carts, just to see their reactions. You would be surprised who and how long it took to tell the student he was garbage. The professor stopped it only when gaging on how many people were pissed at him, and no, he did not mention the professors name. The professor in the room know who it was tho.

Pranks between friends who consent are one thing, "pranks" on unsuspecting randoms is another. It's a fast way to end up Swiss cheese if the one dumbass in the food court is anything to go by as a standard for "prank" channels.
That is not how the law works. Because it is in a Target, which is not public property, the law is a bit different, but normally, in public you have no expectation to privacy, and hence, anyone may film you, your permission is not required, nor can you sue. On private property, the law could be different, because of store policies. Target may forbid filming inside the store, thus creating an expectation of privacy.
@@lulsaalty yup, they have a POLICY against it but it’s NOT illegal since it’s still a public space. They cannot confiscate the video from you, only trespass you. You get arrested for trespassing once they ask you to leave, NOT for recording. Most managers don’t even care if you wanna get ultra realistic about it.
Maybe she can’t sue for filming in public, IANAL, but she can maybe sue for copyright and get some of that advertising skrilla she’s getting off the video.

It seems she's almost always filming around the downtown area so relatively safe to assume she lives somewhere in the downtown loop. Either way, the day I posted that comment I had looked into it further, and tried seeing if I could file an anonymous police report, but houston PD doesn't seem to accept "minor offense" reports, so I gave up. Whatever though, people like her tend to always end up messing with the wrong person someday.
