This video brings to mind the quote "social media brings out the worst in people" with Bring being the keyword, since these people already had it in them to do messed up stupid stuff, they just needed an audience. Like who cracks jokes and films the body of a real life person who was so sad or desperate they unalived themselves in the woods?! And it wasn't like it was a live stream where they could say their judgment was messed up in the moment, someone had to sit there and edit it and still think yeah this was good, let's put this out smdh
Also I wouldn't say it's that impressive he was able to repair his image cause the internet and society in general has a very short memory when it really comes down to it. People whine about cancel culture but it rarely ever works anyways, at least for celebrities and influencers. They just go right back to what they were doing and Logan just found a new audience or leveraged the young people who were watching him when he was younger

Jay station was annoying and would make those ouija videos right after famous people's deaths like X too. His content was totally for little kids. I was already side eying the girlfriend from the beginning for even dating him tbh and she came across so fake as well. They both deserved each other
Idk! if anything this really shows the generation that grew up watching social media grow and the generation that grew with social media!!! I didn’t watch these videos and heard about it versus watching these videos and being appalled.
Like the whole pewdiepie situation to me comparatively to the rest it wasn’t as bad but because pewdiepie was so big it cast a bigger light in him and honestly people do worse and have done worse honestly at the time I could see how it could be funny and to test whether they would really do it but he should have at least blurred the video so it would show. But like dee said if it wasn’t him it wouldn’t have been somebody else it’s literally happened because pewdiepie is so big and had so many companies in his pocket because he has such a large audience. Any large youtuber at the time could have caused the same problem heck if it wasn’t then then probably later In pewdiepies career because even after he does some questionable things.
