In our Country, they plan a horrific accident where many people die, then say that we need to fit all our vehicles with Speed Governors, Dashboard Cameras, Trackers, seat belts and other monitoring devices which they enforce on owner of a vehicle in the Country. Congrats to the President for his clear mind about African history. But he was not correct when he said the Germans colonised "a little bit of Cameroon". The Germans colonised the whole of Cameroon in 1884 from the north to south, east to west. Just to make that correction.

His pocket and central bank of Uganda are synonyms. That's what makes him just like any other Africa leader... Greedy while ordinary citizens languish in povert.

Africans must fight for good and honest management by individual country governments. How would you explain the decay going on in South Africa in just 20 years of African government mismanagement? Before Africans allow their political leaders to point at the white man/the west as the primary cause of their suffering, let them look within themselves and deal with their own political leaders, their brothers and sisters in the civil service who are looting everything to keep for their immediate families.

There has always been wise and educated leaders in Africa but they were overshadowed under the social organizations of the world led by the West and Europe to keep Africa down by destabilizing and exploiting it in every way.
