What is this addiction they bring out in me? I can’t stop watching Yowie reports. God knows I don’t ever wanna see one, but they fascinate me endlessly. I think I’m pretty safe, I’ve never heard of any sightings in the Great Southern of WA.
I love the Australian Yowie Research Channel too. This story here reminds me of the lady and the four children who pulled up at the waterfalls. There was an abandoned car and she thought she heard a child crying down in the bushes.. I'd love to hear a comparison of notes on the sounds they both heard..
Plenty of scrub for a Yowie to track down to the shoreline to search for marine goodies to eat. Interesting how world wide these creature don't fear man and build up areas just hide and watch! Gotta give it to the subscriber to keep fishing in the same area. I think they knew him or his time table mate. Dave from Canada 🇨🇦
Great interview, Jamie. Enjoying your videos, thanks for putting them together. I have a report you might be interested in. A friend of mine's kids go to the Steiner school at Mullumbimby. A few years ago the school bus, full of kids and 2 teachers came 'round a corner and they all saw a huge, brown/orange haired yowie step out of the forest, pick up a dead 'roo, stand and stare at the bus then turn and walk back into the bush. The encounter was long enough for a couple of the kids to take videos (I never managed to get my hands on either of them). When his kids got home they were still terrified. A teacher who was driving the bus was so disturbed she wouldn't leave home for 2 days. My mate asked the sports teacher, a no nonsense type of guy what they saw. "It was a yowie, mate". The community eventually decided that they had actually seen a long-haired feral/vagrant human and it settled down, but when I asked my friend's kids they still believe they saw a yowie. Cheers!
G'day Jamie, Just come across your channel and I enjoyed listening to this quite matter of fact witness who I believe he heard and saw what he stated.. Looking forward to checking out more of your videos.. I have also subscribed. Happy Days and God Bless
One thing's for sure. Cows don't scream! I wonder if the Yowies were after the foxes. Really interesting, first-hand, account of a Yowie encounter parallel to thick Aussie scrub after midnight. Great video. Thanks.
It may be worth noting that when female foxes are in heat and end up fighting each other the screaming they make is otherworldly. If the volume of the scream though was body shaking not just high pitched and loud it could have been the hairy forest fellas.
My old boi lived in beachmere. My memories of it are good fishing, thick and eerie scrub/mangroves, quiet town, good locals but a bit shady, a bit to close to Cabo and getting smashed by midgees 😂 also I've heard of a few hairy man reports from there.
all i could see was a dark shadow of something very large walking on 2 legs that was at least 8 feet tall , i wish I could have gotten a better look at it but I didn't
so are you people that chase Yowie sightings are saying Yowies are quite intelligent as they run beside a pushbike but dont attempt to attack, but chase foxes that are extremely fast..... these creatures are 6ft plus and as described of strong structure but never attack???? You have also said they are on Bribie Island (limited food sources) they never appear in multiples ...... just a few questions that have always been on my mind
Yowies are very intelligent , they do attack sometimes and are extremely fast runners . there is plenty of wallabies , kangaroos , feral pigs , scrub turkeys , goannas and snakes for them to eat
There are Yowies on Bribie Island, and there are creatures that have been described to me by three different witnesses at different occasions of what is being called the dogman. I'm not here to convince anyone of anything and take it however you wish I am but stating the facts I'm aware of... Oh and there is Unlimited food sources for any carnivorous predators on Bribie. Happy Days and God Bless.
