I think the bad ending might be the true ending and that why the master of master was in the secret ending from the base game

Yo hmk this is one of the first theories on the future of kingdom hearts that I rock with but I just want you to think over a theory I've been working on for a min. I was already on the theory that the secret ending/yozora boss battle took place in a dream world. But I want you to think back to KH3D, specifically on the traverse town arcs with the TWEWY cast and the "Reapers Game" as well as Luxord and his final gift to Sora (The Wild Card). We also have the assumption that Yozora's driver appears to be Luxord and there is a phrase that only appears when you beat Yozora, ("Impressive, is it not?") What if he is speaking about Sora's power calling it impressive. Also the fact that we know that time flows differently in dream worlds or alternate worlds due to the explanation give from Joshua in KH3D. Connecting all this I surmise that the next game will be 3 game crossover between KH, TWEWY, and Verum Rex. In which Sora and Yozora are Partners in a reapers game and have to win in order to get back what they have lost. The winners of the reapers game can receive a reward even being brought back as an angel or even to be born again. So I think Yozora would wish for the Nameless Star Back, and Sora would wish to return to his friends. If u think this is cool please feel free to make a video about it I dont need any shoutouts tho lol. I just want to know what the community thinks of this theory. Also there is a lot more info that ties everything together that I have if u have questions u can ask

Same here, it was my most wanted world for KH3 before it was even revealed...but I had no clue it was gonna go down such a deep rabbit hole lol

Whenever I remember my KH3 gameplay experience, I always focus on Toy Box. The gameplay there was phenomenal, the world itself was so detailed and fun to explore, and the story was really compelling for a Disney world.

I believe Nomura confirmed that this Shibuya and the one in TWEWY are not connected

The confusing part is how does the Fairy Godmother and the others know about Yozora, since no one has ever met him, and Donald and Goofy thinking he's just a video game character.

Oh man that could be cool. KH4 has Yozora on the cover and he would be the playable character instead of Sora.

@@Willhascookies Doubt it. Nomura has been saying every time since 2010 that Sora will be the main character after KH3 and that Kingdom Hearts is his story. I think that he has something very important planned for Sora.But for a side game or a certain part in KH4 is very possible. Maybe like Roxas.

@@pslayer8943 Remember in Dream Drop Distance there were Fallen world that were not Resurrected after the events of Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 so maybe those worlds had yozora in it and the Fairy Godmother being a powerful sorcerer knew about it as well and reported her knowledge to King Mickey and the other she thought should be in the notice about the matter because it was a dream should be in the notice about the matter.because it was a Dream no one start to pay it no mind until later on when Sora actually disappeared and it will probably be in future games this is my idea of what will transpire it's not canon it's just a thought.

Then again it sounds like it was someone from his world, but then again the main theme for it are dreams so perhaps while she was asleep she Gold Yozora to save him?, then again HMK's take on it from the previous theory would make more se se and this Yozora isnt the real Yozora, perhaps its someone else possesing Yozora's body, and apparently having gone through some sort of trials in Yozora's world

He doesn't seem like the type to take orders from random people. Whoever told him probably has power over him.

@@pagetvido1850 No but he seems to be the type to save people. Since Kairi doesn't know Soras current situation, she asked Yazora to save him. The trails are for proving his power to Kairi, since she dosen't want to endanger Yazoras life.

@@alijasim1470 how did she get the power to set up trials? It sounds like whatever yozora is going through is the same as Sora, so it's probably analogous to Sora's dreams from kh1. There's no indication that kairi has that kind of power. Plus his surprise at Sora's name doesn't make sense of he's just doing a favor for some girl. The name Sora has significance to him, and our Sora is not what he expected.

Kirito but it’s just basically feeding you the info that was previously given, the series does enough flashbacks and such as is, it’s kinda weird to directly cut back to an old shot to remind people, in an instance like this edit it’d kinda be like assuming people can’t think for themselves or something

I respect your opinion but I beg to differ. One of the things I hated most about this game was how much it tailored to people by putting things together with all of those flashbacks. The context is exactly where it should have been and it is up to the player to put the pieces together. Kingdom hearts has never been a cookie cutter series. The information is there for those that picked it up, and if you didn’t the first time then it adds even more depth to the game the next time you play it. Such can be said with great cinema as well. The Shining is a cult classic because of the mystery it leaves for the viewer. Nomura uses such narrative tools in his own work and it’s brilliant.

You're missing my point. I never intended my words to make Kingdom Hearts be a "Cookie cutter" of a series. If anything, I've always known Kingdom Hearts would be interesting BECAUSE of how convoluted it is. And mind, I said it makes it more "Interesting" not makes it more "Understandable". A major difference in terms, being that they're HANDING us the answer rather than making us put together the pieces. Adding, that I was simply complimenting HMK on his editing skills as well. Despite the measure of flashbacks within KH, it was good ending and a good way to "add" context to the scene.

Kirito I just don’t think it would make it more interesting. The interest for me comes from having to piece everything together. By having little snippets like that added to videos they are just handing you pieces so I don’t really understand your point there. 😅

Not to mention the fact that it directly interferes with the pacing of the scene.

Ed Gonzalez the dlc files have been data mined and Sora winning is labeled the true ending, that being said I think Sora is stuck in the final world and Kairi will play a big part in pulling him out, she’s the only other character who has been there and it as we know is where sleep and death touch

Nicholas Bloom besides Nomura put a lot of thought into her monologue in the secret forest and made her playable in remind. I definitely think her arc will start with the next console game

@@joshz2491 i was one of those people who overhyped her in ddd when it was really meant to present another guardian so mny fans had high expectations but in the base game she contributed in a big way by keeping sora together he was able to revive the other lights so they saved the guardians tice once in the game and in the dlc

Nicholas Bloom that’s what I always tried to point out to people. If a personal arc is going to happen it will be now. I mean Kairi showed tremendous recognition and guilt over Namine being stuck inside her heart. Sora being gone is the perfect launching point to get her more involved and Nomura has hinted that she is the foundation for the next game which is great to hear.

My theory is that he choose to become a Reaper after winning the game, his entry fee was his appearance and now he was spawned because of an emergency call. The pseudo crossbones logo on his jacket is a style Reapers use. Also since hes very powerful it would explain why he doesn't show his wings. Thoughts?

HolyExecutor Interesting. But from The World Ends with You, all Reapers show their wings. The only one hiding his wings is Joshua because he’s the Composer and High Angel. No, I think Yozora is still in the game, and mistook Sora for the Game Master because the Game Master is using his name. In other words: Yozora is in Day Seven, and fought Sora in order to get out (which he would if you get the bad ending). But the truth of it all is: It’s all a dream. Yozora already won the game and chose resurrection as his reward. Then he goes on his quest to find and Save Sora, per request of his servant. That’s why he wakes up in his car, hoping to fulfill that request, little does he know that with his dream, he finds Sora, and if you get the bad ending, Sora ends up killed. But if you get the true ending, Yozora will realize where Sora is. Which is why, in the end of the secret episode, Sora and Yozora share the first words of the first game. To reiterate: It’s all a dream. He’s reliving his time in the Reapers Game. He thought Sora was the Game Master, which is why they fought. Sora winning is the true ending, because this is Yozora’s epiphany of Sora’s location.

@@madambutterfly1997 It's not his usual voice, but he's capable of making it deeper. Which is what he's doing when voicing Yozora.

@@madambutterfly1997 Kind of like how Paul St. Peter (VA of Xemnas) has a deep voice but speaks 'normally' in other anime/games/real life, but goes deeper when voicing Xemnas.

I spent hours to learn his pattern, and timings for Soras blocks and dodges. I learned ways to skip and interrupt Yozoras combos to force openings for Soras full combos. I could go the first half and DM without getting damage. I've never used links on boss fight. It just doesn't suit my play style, and never actually felt the need to learn using them on boss fights. I'm quite good at blocking, dodging and predicting moves, so that's what I do. The first time I beat Yozora, I was one full combo away from winning and he stole my Kupo Coin... Of course that was the time I manage to get my last combo. For a moment I felt like giving up. But didnt, and I'm proud to say I finally beat him. Couple of tries after that "first win". The feeling was incredible and my hands were shaking for a while :) I spent 6-7 hours for this fight.
