Hello, what readings should show YSI Pro ODO in the air, while measuring DO %. My device showing 85% DO in the air. And I am confused that is the % DO in the air should be around 21%? Please help me.

Hi arby arifin! Yes, you are right. The method calibration between YSI Pro ODO and Pro Solo is the same. It is using water saturated air calibration. Normally 1-point calibration is enough as in the video. If you are planning to do zero calibration, you can use Sodium Sulfite to remove dissolved oxygen in the water, make a zero solution. For complete procedure, you may refer to the instrument manual supplied with the instrument. :)
