If someone murdered someone why would that be waived just so the DA can get a win with a plea agreement to accept guilty of a Rico charge and set him free. That tells me that they really never thought he was guilty of murder to set him free just to get a win for the DA. SHAMEFUL I HOPE HE APPEALS. THE STATE OF GEORGIA RUINED THIS MAN'S LIFE KILLED HIS DAD PROBABLY FRAMED HIS MOM WHO DIED IN PRISON. WHAT A DISGRACE
He can't appeal it. Basically what Mr. Harvey is saying he is basically guilty of selling drugs. Harvey denied any violent crimes. He will be out shortly - less than 2 years due to time served.
@@carlhilton1615Thank you and I don't why people don't get it and they don't know every single detail. If he was near guilty for murder he would be going no where
Yes indeed 🙏🏾Happy and sad at the same time of hearing his plea. May GOD keep and protect him from any negative thoughts and staying away from all set ups and set backs. His wife is a Queen so she has him.
She Tried it again like she did Gunna But Sun Lawyer wasn't Having it lol , He said we CATEGORICALLY DENY THAT‼️ My client Just made 2 sales. Idk Nothing bout No Gang No Group activity lol . Salute That lawyer Boi good. The fact that even happen in that manner shows THEY HAVE LIL FAITH NO CASE‼️ Free Jeff
No,he didn’t. Because the only copped out to his own charges. He maintained that YSL was not a gang, they dropped the murder charges, and didn’t have to testify against anyone. It was smart and definitely in his best interest.
His presentation tells me all I need to know about him. No one should dress that way for court ever, but certainly not at your own sentencing!!! He doesn't take himself or this case seriously and it's evident by looking at what was important to him and that was maintaining his street image rather than appearing as a man with remorse and respect for the courts authority. It's the little things. I would've given him the maximum time allowed.
Shut up!!!! You're concerned of his clothing. You are terrible. You need the maximum on stupidity and bias. Thank GOD he will get a second chance. Watch your words carefully before making judgement because YOU or a love one could be caught up in circumstances and situations. You never know. Have empathy and stop your hatred and anger for black people. God has the last say. Not you, crooked judges and district attorneys. Sleep well tonight. I will🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👀👀👀
@portiajackson6223 I have plenty of *empathy* for his victims! And YES, I'm concerned with his clothing. This isn't a church you don't come as you are. This is a court of law where you put your best foot forward, especially as a defendant. He's not wearing swaddling clothing! He's wearing designer clothing, which costs a lot more than a button-up and tie. Not to mention, he has his ponytail on the top of his head like a 6 year old girl. It's inappropriate for the occasion, disrespectful even. He's a hoodlum and a complete waste that needs to be in jail for as long as possible. His appearance speaks to his delusion and confirms how oblivious he is. You must be one of those ratchet baby momma types 🙄.
The looks on Shannon, Thug, and Yak face when Qua walks pass them is priceless! They are pissed! Shawty in the pink is some buss down, he gone hit that soon as he gets out😂
They are pissed cause most likely their plea deals the state offered are much more SEVRE AND SERIOUS remind you Yak Gotti is charged with murder as well as Shannon and Thug is the “Big Fish” according to the DA Qua was charged with murder but did not pull the TRIGGER its every man for themselves at this point!
There is only speculation not facts or evidence that he murder anyone. Do your research on that part it will show you that they're simply trying to convict anyone for a win and publicly. He now will be able to start over and his wife is going to make sure of that. He's had a sad hard life and he now can turn his mistakes into manifestations of wealth and health. He can later become an advocate for at risk youth kids in Atlanta.
Sooo, the murder victim’s family doesn’t get any justice? He had numerous of felonies, including murder. However, if he says yes to a RICO charge then he can walk free today? I think I’m missing something…
The fact that they know he was innocent to begin with or they want thug soooo bad they are willing to set a murder free to incarcerate thug who is the ONLY ONE WHO HAS NO FELONY CONVICTIONS!!!
@@elyse948bender6He has credit for the 26 months he's served in Jail, fighting this case... In the state of Georgia, he becomes eligible for parole on a 7 year sentence in 40 months total.. So that means hellbe eligible for parole in 14 months.
I got 20 serve 6 for a Rico case in middle Georgia without the murder in the indictment. 20 serve 7 isn't a bad deal. If he's been locked up this entire time he will be out in 2 years
I wouldn't played guilty if they drop it all them charges and only giving him one the state didn't have no case I wouldn't have played guilty but you know that's just going to show that they didn't have no case
@@cambishop9435if he wasn’t in agreement with it? That’s all of their problem now, having facade of loyalty to some man when they have children and family to care for. Idiot culture 🤦🏽♀️
@@immadomenow bro they all been on trial together why would they give up now! Only reason there taking the plea is because the state FK up and tryin to save themselves. I promise all of those attorneys were in agreement before all parties decided to take a plea. There all on trial together
What a fool. Fought this whole time and the state is losing and he rolls. Even the bible says if you live by the sword you will die by it. It would be one thing if you had a crisis of conscience and wanted to repent. He just snitching not to pay for his deeds with everyone else.
They had no evidence. You just want a black man locked up. He's not guilty of murder. You're one of the ones that watch the trial to see negro's hang. They all will get good deals and I second chance.
exellent defense counsel, but the chances of these guys reoffending and violating community control is very high, unfortunately that just how they are and how they were brought up, they are habitual violent felons very hard for these guys chance
Why would he take a chance. Bad decision. He will do the right thing and later he can asked the courts and probation for travel passes. He's smart enough not to listen to bad advice
@portiajackson6223 you just can't help yo self I see. It was hypothetical. Moving on doing the right thing! You barely know what dat is only right thing you know is what a teacher told you lol. Get off the gas
