It’s a coated leather so it’s durable but it is soft! Love the bag

I still love it! Perfect for days shopping or traveling to be hands free. I have gotten one scratch on the leather but it doesn’t really bother me, other than that it’s been pretty durable!

I know exactly what you mean! I have a hard time wearing bags like this sling style because of having a larger chest but I will say this one is very comfortable worn like that. I will try to take a picture and send to you on here as a comment
