She has definitely been following this trial, especially because of all the controversy surrounding Judge Granville and the DA’s office. She just told on herself. She said she was looking for them for other court cases. This lets me know she had to do some investigation in order to make decisions for the cases she was working on.

I think I said this before... the prosecution is going to lose this case, timely filing and lining of up witnesses being ready will not happen and the judge is going to publicly admonish them just like how the judge did the defense

Judge Whitaker cleaned house and laid down the rules. Clearly, she is working smarter and not like a mad hatter. She is a very wise woman in bringing on a new court reporter even though the sitting reporter will be retiring soon. I wonder if she will be switching out the deputies too?

It probably will take until the end of the summer for judge, prosecuting attorneys and the defense attorneys to send; and read, all of the transcripts and exhibits that have already been presented. You can thank judge Glanville for this huge delay of this trial!

Pulling the transcripts for 100 percent accuracy is the best way to do everything, Love may change some things that don't match what defense has to show the case down.

Judge needed to reference that she wasn’t following this case so that it wouldn’t cause no conflict upon her ruling. Everyone knows about this case, especially a judge from your own court house, like seriously, she knows pretty much all the nonsense that has been happening and it will help with her ruling once the state doesn’t bring in the evidence on Tuesday.

Love keys word "anticipated" she wants to get around the judge seeing the truth and still playing games, she wants to see what defense has...but the burden rests with the prosecution to prove their burden of proof

The one I have been watching is the one that Attorney Love and Attorney Hylton have been very respectful, but Lawyer Weinstein and Lawyer Steele have been very unprofessional. How many times have you heard the prosecution call the defense names? How many times have you heard the prosecutors interject and interrupt the defense? How man times have you seen the prosecutors throw tantrums because of adverse rulings?

Knowing about the case and following the case is different. I’m entertained so I’ve been following it but i talk to my wife about things and she knows about some things but not others. The judge may not be all the way in the weeds. We’re only paying attention as entertainment.
