He Said They Kept Asking About Thug He Got Tired Of Them Questioning Him So He Sad Whatever He Could've To Avoid Them Looking At Him. Anything That Would Stop Them From Question Him. He's Admitted To Lying on Whoever He Could Lie On.
No detective or officer asked him about Thug or nobody. He did all the talking and told them the truth. Came down voluntarily, and gave details on a whole bunch of crimes YSL committed. He’s lying on the stand because he had to stand on that and he never thought 10 years later it will come to light
He had the meeting without the defense present then he was threatened and suddenly he started talking. It’s going to get appealed no matter what after this mockery of the court officials behaviors and the disrespect to the judicial system that’s been the entire trial.

The thing about that is, and I don't know why this would have to be point out because it's only common sense they are not just going to take his word and send him on his way. They are going to fact check first. They didn't force him. They informed him that if he doesn't testify, he would go back to jail and then he agreed to testify. He had a choice to go sit in jail.

Many times I have tried to be a voice of guidance for these boys We don't get too many chances at being able to have a good life . He was not forced into shit, he gave info willingly in that room, signed and dated all his statements and agreed to testify for immunity. They only gave him a second chance to get right before they snatch his immunity and bap his ass along with the rest of those guys.. thug was supposed to orchestrate a 10-15 year plea deal, lay it down for 5-6 and work on getting some kind of early release 💯 his own shooter ended his career smh 😔
He's only answering the questions from her. He's on video saying that to the homicide detectives but stop mistaken what he said. He said he was lying to the authorities just for him not to go to jail. He said he told the detectives he'll say anything or whatever the detectives want him to say. The should've been dismissed after that.
We don't know what he's lied or ISSS lying about, so we can't just pick and choose what's the lie & what's the truth. He's already said that back then, he lied about damn near everything he told the police, investigators, and whoever else. He's also said that HE KI[[D NUT HIMSELF because he's granted immunity. So which one is it? Did HE do it, or Thug, or someone else that he's not mentioning?
Yes we do know what he lied about. It doesn't matter what he is claiming he said back then or why because the fact is we are here today because what he told them checked out. Totally wrong he already stated that he lied in all the interrogation interviews, probably lied some & was truthful some. But but that’s up to the jury to decide what they think and if they have any reasonable doubt which the defense will put doubt in their mind, then it is not a fact remember beyond a reasonable doubt
The sad part is he was pulled over for traffic violation and voluntarily gave up information as he preemptively tried to set himself up for a deal. He immediately went to snitch mode because it was his second time doing. In the leaked footage of him in the interview room talking to detectives he said y'all know I gave y'all some good information before and then proceeded to try to negotiate his way out of trouble. End of the day they still took his ass to jail and had all that information they needed for to go after thug.

Yea but he also said later in the trial that everything he told detectives was a lie and that he lied so he can avoid going to prison. So they can't really take nothing he said to detectives as concrete evidence.
