The part where the kid's trying desperately to tell his neighbor that his house is on fire, while the neighbor just makes noises into the telephone had me gasping for air.

The dad making slurping sounds on the phone as the kids are screaming for help might be one of the funniest things ever. Also “my house is on fire!” “GOODBYE”

The best thing about the Rickroll joke at 7:38 is that it isn't even the start to Never Gonna Give You Up, it's the start to another Rick Astley song 'Whenever You Need Somebody'. Even if it's a joke about how similar it sounds at the start, it's still nice to see Astley's other songs get some representation.

The fire hydrant looking at the fire and saying he doesn't know what's going on is just the funniest thing. Don't know why. He has one job. *One* job. And he's puzzled as to what to do.
