It’s from Filthy, Rich & Catflap I think, a short-lived 1986 sitcom with Rik Mayall, Adrian Edmondson and Nigel Planer in it. It’s sort of like The Young Ones Pt. 2. The line might also be from Bottom, but that’s definitely Adrian’s voice.

It felt like they were just trying to do what Mr. Bean had done more successfully prior - slapstick with little to no dialogue. It felt like a downgrade from the more story-focused episodes that previous series of Brum had done well
